Taapsee Pannu in Game Over
The nationwide lockdown imposed to stop the spread of the novel coronavirus has limited our lives within our homes. Bollywood celebrities are also quarantined at their homes, and with no new film shoots happening, they are sharing old photos and videos. Taapsee Pannu, who has been constantly posting one throwback picture every day, has shared yet another blast-from-the-past photo.
The actress shared a movie still from her 2019 film Game Over. In the caption, she wrote how Game Over is more than just another film, or a story for her, as well as for the ones who would understand it.
Taapsee wrote, “We all have 2 lives, the second one starts when you have only one left. That’s what was written in that envelope I’m holding n when I read it for the first time it hit me hard. Made me believe in living in the moment so much. Not that I was much of a planner before that. #GameOver was again more than just a movie , more than just a story for me n for everyone who understood the meaning behind it. Life is what u gonna make it , you should have the will power to LIVE and not just survive. #Throwback #Archive #QuarantinePost (sic).”
The psychological thriller, which released in June last year, was lauded by the critics as well as the audience.
Earlier, Taapsee had shared a picture from her first day on the sets of Game Over.
Taapsee played the role of Swapna, a video-game designer in the film. Directed by Ashwin Saravanan, Game Over was originally shot in Tamil. It also stars Vinodhini Vaidyanathan, Anish Kuruvilla, Sanchana Natarajan and Ramya Subramanian. The Hindi-dubbed version of the film was presented by Anurag Kashyap.
